Please Read Before Ordering – Important Information for Sharetea Stores
Before placing your order, please carefully check all product details, quantities, and specifications. It is your responsibility to ensure the information is correct prior to checkout.
For items that include your store name (e.g. Sharetea Loyalty Cards), a mockup will be sent to the email used at checkout after the order is placed. Printing will only proceed once you reply to confirm the mockup is correct. If we do not receive a confirmation, your order will remain on hold.
We are not responsible for incorrect orders caused by:
Choosing the wrong product or quantity
Providing incorrect or outdated store information
Overlooking details on the mockup
In such cases, a new order must be placed at your own cost.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your order email. If the tracking status hasn't updated for an extended period or shows delivery issues, please contact us—we’re happy to lodge a case with the courier and assist in the resolution process.
All parcels are sent with insurance. If the courier officially confirms the package is lost, we will reprint your order and ship it again at no additional cost.
